Hello,

I have the first generation iPod.  It's obviously a great player.  And,
I hear, the new ones now have a good battery life, too.  Does the
newest iPod allow you to delete files right from the iPod?  This is one
feature that I would find extremely useful in a new MP3 player -- the
ability to immediately delete a song that you don't like.  My iPod
cannot -- it makes me go to iTunes.

Thanks.

No, it's not possible to do it directly on the iPod.
