Global Village fax vs FaxSTF

I will soon be forced to move from Glogal Village fax software, which I
have used for over ten years, to FaxSTF.  I will be running Classic OS
9. I would like to have input from anyone who has made the transition
already under classic.  I have converted all archived GV files to JPG
so they can be opened without Global Village software being in the new
machine.  So I am ready to begin with FaxSTF.  Has anyone out there
been forced to make the same move and if so are there any pit falls
with FaxSTF you might be able to guide me past?

If you're using OS X, why not look at some of the other Fax programs? I
used FaxCenter before they integrated fax capability into the OS, and
liked it quite a bit: it was simple, didn't break (though I was not a
serious fax user), and very reasonably priced shareware.

If you're using OS 9, that's a different story, but it's not clear from
your post which it is. "Classic" refers to running the classic
environment in OS X, OS 9 refers to booting into OS 9
