I hope this is the right group...
a user is running Office standard 2003, SP2.

The folder list displays the number of mails in that folder and not the
amount of unread emails in that folder.
Please can somebody tell me where to configure this. I need to change it to
display the unread mails qty.

It is not the right group. I've crossposted and set followups to the correct
one.
