2 different Macs running Outlook 2001 on Jaguar and Panther. Both have
Publishing Editor rights to the account. When deleting an event (both
reccuring or not) Outlook locks up and runs extremely slow if at all. Tried
upping the memory but to no avail. Found an article (Article ID:814525) that
comes close to this issue but the fix is a downloads with 2 libraries and I
can get the download anywhere. Not sure if it's a OX 10 issue or not. Any
help would be appreiated.
Thanks

Interesting. To the best of my knowledge there has only been one release
of Outlook 2001 for Mac and no service packs. But I may be wrong. Have
you downloaded the latest and last version from Microsoft's website and
tried that?

What happens if you try the same operation from a Windows PC?

Bill,
Thanks for responding. I had downloaded and installed the latest version
from the MS Outlook website. I have done some research and found a fix for "
Cannot Accept or Decline a Meeting Request" - Article ID : 814525 - but
cannot find the download for the files to test it out. I will be testing on a
PC whether the delete works but I think its just a Mac issue. If you need
anymore info let me know.
Thanks
Ron
