We are using Safari web browser to access Outlook Web Access. You can close
down and quit Safari then relaunch and get straight into the webmail without
going through login username/password page. IE on the Mac doesn't let you do
this.

Any Ideas?

Did you tell Safari to remember your password? You can delete it in the
Keychain Access program (located under Applications > Utilities), which will
force a new prompt.
