We have a customer who was using outlook 2001 on Mac OS 9 and X (classic)
with Exchange 5.5 and it was working fine.
Some later, exchange is upgraded with exchange 2000 and outlook 2001 stopped
working all together.
While creating a profile, one can resolve names of users but not able to
access mails, it gives error "offline folders can't be accessed, you need to
connect to information store at least once."

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

- Anil

Hi Anil!

You might have luck opening the Outlook Settings application (sometimes
found in Control Panels but always in a sub-folder of the Outlook 2001
folder) and doing the following:

1) Click the Show Profiles button.
2) Delete the profile for the user.
3) Set up the profile for the user again.

Hope this helps! bill

Thanks a lot Willy.
I have tried that, but no luck.
But, I really appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Anil
