I have a customer with the following setup: Outlook 2001 clients on Mac OS 9 Exchange Front end server 2003, Back end exchange 2000. Able to resolve the user's name while creating the profile on outlook 2001, But, it freezes while accessing mails It gives an error that Exchange server is Unavailable. But we are on the same LAN.
