I am a new user of Entourage 2004.  Can someone tell me where the mailbox
files are so I can backup my mail?  Thanks

Lester

You can back up everything by copying this folder to another drive:
/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/

This includes other settings including Word's Normal Template
<http://www.word.mvps.org/Mac/MacWordNormal.html>, Printing Forms, Messenger
Data, and some other Entourage data like scripts and sound sets.  If you
only need to back up your Entourage identity, which includes virtually
everything in Entourage except scripts and sound sets, you can just back up
the "Office 2004 Identities" folder within the above-referenced folder.

Mickey:

Thank you greatly.  Very much appreciated.  I'm going to incorporate the
directory you specified below into my backup schedule.  AT your convenience,
would you please share a FAQ, support sheet, etc. that explains how to
incorporate a restore?  Or is it as simply as just putting things back the
way they were?  Thanks Mickey.

Lester

To restore your data, if it's ever necessary in a new user, you can simply
drag the "Microsoft User Data" folder into the user's "Documents" folder.
However, if the user already has a "Microsoft User Data" folder set up,
instead copy the individual identity folder within "Office 2004 Identities"
on the backup disk to the corresponding location in the user's Documents
folder.

This site has lots of information concerning Entourage.  You might find it
