I have the program Office X for mac.
I had the program on a desktop and one laptop in my
home. The ibook's hard drive crashed and it was repaired.
I cannot get the program back on my ibook because
I get the message saying there are too many user using the
program. I know that you can only use it one at a time.
Even though the desktop is turned off, I will get the same
message.
I called Office and they will no longer give support
for this program
Any advise?
Thank you

You may simply need to make sure that Office is completely removed before
trying to reinstall - take a look here for the procedure:

I have followed the directions given. Thank you
I get the "too many user message" after I open the programs to
reestablish the preference
and I put my program code in.
Any ideas?
