Hi,
I'm having trouble with starting Entourage, Word, and Exel. If I open
the programs, I recieve an error message, and I can't open the programs
at all. I'm not really worried about the Word and Exel, because I can
reload the programs. However, is there any way of not losing the emails
that are saved in Entourage, if I choose to reload Entourage?

Try checking for corrupt fonts.  You can find a detailed procedure at the
McGimpsey & Associates web site.
<http://www.mcgimpsey.com/macoffice/office/troubleshooting.html#fonts>

Try repairing permissions.
For OS 10.2+:
Go to Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities.  Open up Disk Utility.  Select
your hard disk, then click the First Aid tab.   Click the button to "Repair
Disk Permissions".

For OS 10.1.5:
Download the Repair Privileges utility, free from Apple, and run it:
<http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106900>

If that fails, try removing & re-installing Office.  Your Entourage data
shouldn't be affected, but if you want to make a back-up anyway, you can do
so by making a copy of your "Office <version> Identities" folder in
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/

("~" refers to your home folder in /Users/<Your User>/.)

1.  Launch the Remove Office tool, located in HD/Applications/Microsoft
Office 2004/Additional Tools/Remove Office.
2.  Press the "Continue" button to locate currently installed copies of
Office.
3.  Select the version(s) of Office that you want to remove, and press the
"Continue" button.
4.  Choose what components you wish to remove.  For a complete removal,
choose to "Remove the Office 2004 folder," "Remove the selected Office 2004
system files," and "Preferences."

When the removal is complete, you can then re-install Office 2004 from the
CD.  Then, use Microsoft AutoUpdate to get the latest updates.
