entourage will not sync address book to palm

I really enjoy using Entourage. But I cannot get it to sync my address
book to my Tungsten E2. I had the same problem with my last palm Zire.
I think it is because of my old databases that are still sync-ing from
my ancient palm and clie's in the past. In any case, the calender and
tasks and memos all work fine, but the addresses will not go onto the
Palm. I just purchased "the missing sync" thinking that would solve
the problem, but it did the same thing. Anyone have an answer for me?

Note: I am using Panther (OS 10.3.9)

Search the Entourage newsgroup, then post there if you don't find an answer
(and mention whether Entourage X or 2004).
