OK, so here's a good one. On the MacBook Pro, running latest OS and up
to date Office 2004, some email messages display no text.
Toggling the "display complex HTML" does not resolve this.
If I get the same message forwarded through another user, it often
displays properly.
Suggestions?
Dan
Hi Dan,
are you by any chance connected to an Exchange 2003 server? If yes,
Microsoft released a patch a week or two ago which introduced a bug in OWA.
They are aware of the problem and working on a fix.
If that does not explain your problem, you'll have to post back and be more
specific: what kind of email account? What do these messages have in common?
etc., basically anything that you might consider important.

We do run Exchange 2003. What is the patch in question, and when did
it come out?
The account in question is my Exchange account. The pages appear to be
plain text. I can see the text when I view the same message in
Firefox, so this feels to me like it may be an Entourage bug/problem.

You can find more details in the following thread in the Entourage
newsgroup: <http://tinyurl.com/rutaq> (the entire Google Groups URL would
have been larger than one line and would most likely have been broken
because of that, so I used the TinyURL version for this instead.)

That looks like the problem, we'll check it out. Thanks, Michel.
