How do I import Fonts after they are downloaded to be used in Office
Mac 2004?  I added the Fonts t Font Books, but I am unable to use the
new fonts in Word 2004 for Mac

Downloaded from what source?

What *Type* of fonts are they?

OS X hosts several font folders, into which one(s) did you install the
fonts? FontBook is an Apple Utility, not a location, so there is more info
needed to be helpful.
