Just a short question.  I am using a G5 IMac with Office 2004.  My
question is when I go to insert a clipart or graphic in a blank
document, the clipart or graphic goes immediately to the point where
the cursor is blinking and will not move out of that spot.  I try to
double click on the item and drag..the item becomes light in color an
moves, but when I release the button it goes back to the insertion spot
where the cursor is blinking. How do I get full movement and placement
with the clipart or graphic to the new location?

Thanks to whomever comes up with the answer.

That's because your clipart is placed in-line with the text; Word actually
treats this clipart as a character. When you select a clipart, can you see
the Wrapping section in the Formatting Palette? Expand it, then select any
style that's not "in line with text". You should then be able to move it
around on the page. Alternatively, ctrl-/right-click the picture, select
Format Picture from the contextual menu, then switch to the Layout tab, and
select a specific kind of wrapping inside that menu.

If you double click on the picture, click on the layout tab and then click
on behind or in front of text click OK. You should now be able to move the
picture at will.
