Converting Text file from Mac OS to Windows

Dears,

   Is there any tool from Microsoft converting text files from Mac OS to
Windows? if yes is it support arabic.

I don't know of any Microsoft tool, but the free TextWrangler from Bare
Bones Software allows one to easily choose the "line end" signature from
Mac, unix, or DOS.
