MS has announced that they are working on Office 12 (Office 2004 is
version 11), however no release date has been announced, nor any
features (other than file format will be compatible with the new
WinOffice XML format).

Just guessing based on the 2004 being out only 14 months, I would assume
that it's at least 18 months out, but that's simply a guess.
