office student and teacher edition

I am a student in Sofia, Bulgaria, and I am interested in buying the
Office 2004 Student and Teacher edition. Am I able to buy this from the
States and use it here, in Bulgaria? Are there other limitations for
its use? Thanks.

I don't know if there are any limitations on its use. You will be stuck
with the English interface for menus, etc, you can't change that. Whether
the retailer will ship it to Bulgaria would be something they handle, and
it's entirely possible they won't, but I really don't know one way or the
other.
