I received a Mac back from repair; a new hard drive had been installed.
As a safeguard, I had securely wiped the drive before sending it in. To
my surprise, parts of Office 2004 was already installed on the new drive
(with someone else's name). I can only suppose that a rebuilt drive had
been installed.
Is there any way to change Office to reflect my registration info, or
must I erase and reinstall from scratch?
