Ive been using 5.02 on a mac 8600/300 under OS 8.6 for 2years
I have 4 identities on it me, son, etc
Yesterday as outlooked opened up on my account I got the message
"could not open that feature. Error has occured (-127).
...I suppose that's internal file system error...

In the relevant identies folder I have tried duplicating the database
file (3MB) and the Messages file (64MB) and get the error message..
"the item messages cannot be read because a disk error occured do you
want to continue"...I click OK and no copy is made..

When I click <option> on firing express to rebuild I get...
rebuilding failed an error has occured (-127) etc

Outlook works OK with the other identities....
Can anyone suggest what I can do to try & get back my messages and
addresses?

Thanks for the reply and link.
I tried complex rebuild again having thrown away preferences and
schedules
I also assigned 55640K application memory...I have 192MB RAM built in
and 300MB on the Hard Disc.

THE rebuild starts up progress window opens then is interrupted with
error message(-127).
APPRECIATE further suggestion...
