Enlarging Menu Icons in Outlook Express and IE for Mac

How do you enlarge the menu items (text and Icons) in the outlook
express and IE interface?

I'm not sure that you can.  I know that the icons can be changed if you hack
the application with ResEdit, but I don't know if that would accept changes
to the icon resolutions.
