Problem w/Outlook 5.02

Greetings, all.

I'm running Outlook 5.02 on an eMac under OS 9.2.2. There
are two accounts on Outlook, mine and my wife's. Recently,
I used File|Switch Identity to change from her account,
running on the desktop, to mine, to get my mail. Since
then, and including that time right after identity switch,
telling Outlook to Send/Retrieve Mail causes the program to
quit, without retrieving mail. Relaunching shows no mail in
the window, and attempting to retrieve mail again shuts it
down.

My wife can log onto her account and get her e-mail with no
problem. Her account is subordinate to mine; i.e., mine is
the master account.

Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

Thanks.

For one thing, you should upgrade to Outlook Express 5.06. I don't
know if this particular problem was solved by that update, but it's a
start.

Well, that worked, thanks. Though it simply overwrote
whatever the problem was; I usually like to know what the
problem actually was. But, whatever -- I can see my e-mail.
Thanks.
