Mac Forum / Applications / Outlook Express / February 2004Mail not deliverable - connection failure occurred...
Trying to send message but am unsuccessful every time. I keep getting error -23016; "Mail could not be sent to account " ". Connection failure has occurred." Before today everything worked fine, now suddenly today...Any idea what's going on? config options need changing? thanks. Ask your provider. Sometimes they switch things without telling you.
