Type 11 error on OE 5.0.6

Suddenly I started getting these errors which bring down my entire system
(9.1). I recently did a lot of moving messages between folders; could that
have messed-up something? I recall there is a way to compact or re-index my
OE database, but I don't recall how. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can compact the database by following the advice...

This error type 11 could occur if OE does not have enough memory assigned to
it. To assign more memory to the application, see here...
