I really did it this time. Accidentally, "permanently"
deleted my entire Inbox while trying to extract it froma
subfolder it somehow found itself in.
I made a copy of the "Identities" folder where most of
the data seemed to be, based on file size (it was about
1500 emails, both read and unread).
Although I'm probably better off without most of it,
there are some I really need to recover. I can't seem to
find any instructions in the knowledge base of elsewhere,
so far.
Any ideas out there???

I would guess your only hope would be to open a copy of the Messages file in
a text editor and sift through the masses of gibberish to locate the message
content that has been removed. The Messages file should reside here...
Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:[your Identity]:Messages
