My husband deleted a large number of spam emails before closing down
his iMac. The next morning, outlook would not come up. There was an
unknown error message.

As a safety, I moved his identity file to my machine. Then my outlook
wouldn't work. After trashing his file, it worked again.

I don't know what to do to overcome the problem. Without e-mail, we
are pretty much out of business. Has anyone had and solved this
problem? Without help available from either Microsoft or Apple, we're
pretty well stranded.
