I have a number of updates that come in formatted with html
to make them more readable.  When forwarded, they become an
unreadable pile of garbage.  Is this how outlook express
was designed, to create garbage?  Is there a way around
this or is it time to again look for an internet mail
program with greater flexibility?

Thanks for your help,
Doug

I would drag the message you want to forward to the Desktop and it will save
itself as an EML file.  Then compose a new message to the desired recipient
and include this EML file as an attachment.
