Help!  My husband deleted my main identity.  It had my entire address book
and old emails.  How can I get the info back?

Have a look in the Trash.
Also in his Trash, if he did it from his account, but that should not have
been easily possible.

If you are using Classic in OS X, the files should be here;
Macintosh HD:Users:(your name):Documents:Microsoft User
Data:Identities:(your id)
A good idea to make a fresh ID regularly, (say each year).

Lessons learnt?
Backup (regularly).
Keep personal files separate, by using a different Log-in (with a password,
and not an admin account either), then whatever happens is up to you, not an
accident by someone else.
