Cant send email from outlook express - please help

I am temporarly staying with my daughter and using her internet.  Her
provider is sky.

I have tried to set up my email using outlook express (my provider is
tiscali) on her computer , i am recieving emails fine but keep getting the
following error message for sending "  can some please help me and tell me
how i can sort this....

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Server:
'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Sorry, your
non-local IP address (??.???.???.???) is not allowed to send email via me.',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F.

If you want to send email on her ISP account, using your ISP email, then
you'll have to temporarily use the sky smtp server, and not tiscali.
Check with her exactly how it is spelt.

Depending upon how long you are staying;

You could add another "Location" specifically for this, with all the
different network info needed.
In OE, set up another Account with the sky server details, and temporarily
uncheck [Include this account in my "Send & Receive All" schedule] for your
tiscali server account (so you can re-activate when you get back home).
