send/receive progress

I keep getting a pop up box when in outlook it say's ( tasks sending and or
receiveing ) but I am not sinding or receiveing any E-Mailes. It allso comes
up whith Erroes (0x8004210B) can sum one please help me whith this problem

This looks like an error in Outlook Express for Windows, you posted to the
OE for Mac newsgroup. I've crossposted and set followups to the appropriate
group.

There is a version of Outlook Express (OE) for the Macintosh (MAC)
computer.  About the only similarity between that version and the
Windows version is the program name.  The two versions were developed by
different groups within Microsoft, have different file formats and
different features.

There are separate newsgroups for help with the Windows and Macintosh
versions.
