how to personalizing the email id in microsoft outlook

consider the following scenario..
i am sending a mail to 10 people with their id in to and cc field. when the
receiver sees the message only his id should be visible and not the others.
how to do this without using the bcc option in Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook Express for Mac?
Create a Group, then tick "Don't show addresses when sending to group".
