Mac Forum / Applications / Outlook Express / April 2007MAC outlook 5.05 can't send mail but receive mail ok
I notice this problem for a couple days now. I can get new hotmail email but I can't send mail out by my hotmailaccount. I have those accounts for at least 5 years so I shouldn't have hotmail new account problem. I am using PowerMac G4 with OS9.22 I had tried to delete my OE preference（both from system and outlook folder） Rebuild the data file... none of this works.. Does anyone having the same problem? Help would be much appreciated!! (used by hotmail) Macintosh:System Folder:Preferences:MS Internet Cache:OE5Cache.waf Also check that "Outlook Express Temp" folder is empty whilst quit, it should only have items in it when OE is open.
