Why is this a problem?? You look at the message in "sent" folder.

When I view the sent folder, the bc header does not showso I cannot see who I
sent it to. I have all headers checked in the properties.

To confirm, are you using Outlook Express on Mac OS? If not, the question
has been posted to the wrong group.

Make sure you're viewing the message in its own window, rather than in the
preview pane. In Mac Outlook Express, the BCC field will only show in this
manner.
