recovered .dbx files

After a motherboard failure I have recovered the old .dbx files from the
previous installation of Outlook Express but I don't know how to reinstate
them to recover the emails they contain. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Please use the equivalent Windows group this one is for Mac users...

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
