I received an error message when I tried to email to a new group...that it
was too many.  I've never heard of this.  Apparently 19 contacts is the magic
number not to stop sending???  So now I have to create 2 or more groups to
email our newsletters out?
Is this a Outlook Express issue or is it our email host issue?
At work I use Outlook and do not have this issue, so not sure where problem
lies...

Which version of Outlook Express are you using?  Note that this group is for
Mac users.  If you're using a PC, try using this group...
