If you transfer the entire Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data: folder from
the old machine to the new, you should be able to import the content in
Mail, but I'm only able to do this myself on new machines which have the
Classic environment installed (and hence can run OE in order to kick off the
import process).

Thank you Ricky!
I was finally able to transfer the folder. Once under OS10.4 it was
recognized as part of Entourage and I could not import it into Mail.
Someone suggested going to http://www.emailman.com/conversion/ and
downloading Mail Import Script which "imports into mail.app from
Netscape Communicator 4.x, Eudora 5.x, Outlook Express 5.x, Microsoft
Entourage, Claris Emailer 2.x. "The scripts may work with older
versions of these programs, but have not been tested with them."
I have not tried it yet.
If this does not work, I will be back!
Or, if you have other suggestions, I am open!
Thanks again,
VM
