WindowsXP Pro SP2. IE 6.0, OE 6.0
I am only on dial-up. My house is not wired to enable broadband.
I am waiting on satellite to be installed.
In the meantime, I would like to know when inserting a picture into an OE
email, if  it make a difference if the picture is,  bmp, jpg  etc...
The ' jpg ' photo I sent was 307kb and when inserted into a blank, ( no
extra text), 420kb.
This mail took me over 4 minutes to send.
I would also lile to know if pictures can be changed from bmp to jpg etc...
Seasons Greetings,
