I cannot access any of my old accounts

Having problems with outlook

keep getting message when I click on outlook and outlook opens as if i am a
brand new user

it is asking me to put Microsoft user date files into Outlook 5.02 folder

trouble is I have no outlook express 5.02 folder on my hard disk

only outlook express 5.0.6 and when I put in Microsoft user date files into
this folder  it dose not work

so I cannot access any of my old accounts

please advise

can I down load 5.02 from anywhere or is their something else I could do

How many Identities folders do you have on your computer?  Search the whole
HD and see what you find.

Normally, you should have content within the following location...

Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:[your Identity]:

This is where the correct Messages and Database files should exist.  Take a
good look and report back with as much detail as possible.
