Hello,

Someone has hacked into  my email address so I need to switch email
providers. My account is with Earthlink and they've been no help at all.
I have an older Mac ( operating system 9.24 ) I have not been able to find a
way to save my address book as a file to export from the menu. I read my
email  using Outlook Express 5.0 Mac Edition.

Any step by step instructions would be most helpful,

Susan

If you literally just want to save your address book to a file, go to File >
Export Contacts... and OE will attempt to save the contents into a file
named Contacts Export.  This file can then be used to import your address
book back into OE at a later time.

HTH,

Ricky
