Unable to access OE.  Keep getting error msg telling me O.E. has encountered
a problem and needs to close.  The AppName is msimn.exe.  Once I send error
report to Microsoft, I get another error msg re DrWatson Postmortem Debugger.
Any ideas on how to solve anyone?  I must admit I'm not much of a techie, so
simple language please!
