OE spam and Norton Internet Security 2007

Installing NIS 2007 caused spam button in  Outlook Express to disappear,
eliminating ability to designate mail as spam or not spam.  Is there a way to
fix this?  Will uninstalling and reinstalling OE fix it, and will doing this
risk loss of stored email?

Try the equivalent Windows newsgroup - this one is for Mac users.
