This may be due to the inability of OE 5.0.x to import OE 4.0 data. In my
experience, I've only ever been able to import from OE 4.5.
I've no idea about why your Help menu item is not functioning (and why it
should be misspelt) - I'd guess that an application reinstall may be in
order.
