Outlook Express 6.0: Can I delete non-consecutive messages as a gr

There are not any check boxes to mark for deletion, like in MS Outlook.  Is
there a way to add the checkboxes in Outlook Express 6.0?

I get several "offers" each day that I don't want to open, just delete.

There aren't any check boxes, but you can highlight non-contiguous messages
by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking the relevant items, then delete
them en masse.
