I can't seem to figure out how to block unwanted emails! Can anyone help?

You can't really block the unwanted e-mails from reaching you, but you can
at least configure your mail client to deal with those messages in an
appropriate fashion.

If you investigate the Tools > Rules feature of OE, you'll see that it's
possible to delete messages automatically from certain addresses or even
entire domains.

Take a look at a very simple rule I set up on my emulation here...

The rule just changes the colour of all messages, so it's nothing to do with
stopping spam mail, but if you experiment with the appropriate drop-down
boxes on your own machine, you'll see that it's possible to build up some
pretty useful rules.

In addition, do make sure to take a look at Tools > Junk Mail Filter.  The
options within are quite straightforward.
