how to transfer adress book for Outlook Express from PC to MAC

I would like to use my adress book of my outlook express from Windows to my
outlook express from my MAC, Is there any way?

In theory, yes, though I've found the method to be less than robust.

On the PC version of OE, you'll need to go to File > Export and save the
address book as a text file (comma separated values).

Transfer this CSV file over the to the Mac (you could e-mail it as an
attachment).  On the Mac, launch OE and go to File > Import > 'Import
contacts from a text file'.

This should import your data across, though you may need to play around with
the options to get it to work correctly.
