I have 3 identities set up for 3 different people. When I hit the Send &
Receive button on one of the accounts, I am crashed out of the program
immediately. The other 2 identities work fine when I press the Send &
Receive button. I tried creating a new identity name with the same e-mail
address but it still does it. Has anyone experienced this problem or can you
help????

Thanks

I would see what happens when you try to view the mail via "online access".
Check out this article for more information...

Does the application still crash?  Perhaps the oldest message which hasn't
yet been downloaded is corrupt and needs to be deleted from the mail server.
If this is the case, the remaining messages can then be downloaded as
normal.

In addition, I would recommend an upgrade to OE 5.0.6 here...
