I have two accounts with each a diffrent server. This worked fine for a
while even though one account had no "close" square in the left upper corner
of it's main window..Now, when I choose to open this same account, a pop-up
appears stating my OE Scheduels are messy. Then OE closes automatically
without leaving me a chance to look in to it. The other account still works
fine. how can I try to reanimate the sick account?

To fix the Schedules issue, delete the following file...

Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:[your Identity]:Schedules

Regarding the lack of a close box in one of the Identities, just launch that
Identity and then go to Edit > Preferences > General and tick the "Display
close box in main window" box.
