This depends on the mail client you're planning to use on the new machine.
Is the new machine a Mac or a PC?
If you're going to continue to use Mac Outlook Express, you should just need
to make a copy of the following...
Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:[your Identity]:Messages
Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:[your Identity]:Database
It would probably be best to make a backup copy of the entire Microsoft User
Data folder.
If you copy over the Messages and Database files to the equivalent location
on the new machine, the new version of Outlook Express will automatically
restore your old mail and address book data.
