For years, I have used Outlook Express with no problem on my G3. Just
recently, it's developed an annoying little habit of not sending email.
I keep getting a "connection failure" error. It receives just fine. I
went through it with SBC tech support (my ISP), and stumped them.
Account Settings are all correct - it just won't send. If I delete all
the files on my hard drive associated with OE 5.0.6, and reload it, the
problem goes away - temporarily. I have to reload the software daily.
Anybody have any ideas?

Perhaps it's an MTU issue (assuming that you've got a broadband connection).
Are you able to fire up a separate dial-up connection and test mail sending
with that? You would need to switch to the relevant SMTP server for that
dial-up connection, but it might be a worthwhile test.

connection. 'm using wireless. Did you find a solution?
