I work for a small company and we currently use OLD iMacs running
OS8.6.  We are using Outlook Express 5 for our email.

As a result of a job promotion, I am giving up part of my duties to
another person and need to transfer the associated "Groups" in my
address book to that person.  I don't want to transfer all of my
contacts... just the 6 or 7 groups of contacts that pertain to the
portion of my duties that she will be taking over.  Is there a way to
do this?  I've been online for about three hours trying to find a
solution, but to no avail.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

I don't know, short of recommending a search on this site...
