Exporting OE 5.0.2 Mailgroup addresses

My client has migrated from OS 9 to OS X, and needs to preserve his
contacts from OE 5. His OE addressbook contains a few (3-4) individual
addresses, and a number of mailgroups containing various numbers of
email addresses (avg 50-100 ea.).

No matter what combination of procedures I try, any Export commands
produce a csv file containing only the few top-level addesses. I can't
seem to export the data from within any mailgroup. When I select all
the addresses in a mailgroup window, the COPY menu command is dimmed,
and I've tried everything I can think of.

I copied the entire Identities folder over to a PC, but have had no
luck importing its contents into OE 6.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am also trying to export my mailgroups to I file that I can import.
Have you discovered how to make this work?
